Dr. Deol is the owner and founder of the clinic, proudly serving the community since 2009 with comprehensive, prevention-focused eye care. She earned her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Waterloo and is dedicated to providing advanced optometric services for patients of all ages.
During her clinical training, Dr. Deol completed an ocular disease and therapeutic externship at the John-Kenyon American Eye Institute in Louisville, Kentucky. There, she worked alongside physicians diagnosing and treating medical eye conditions such as glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, corneal disorders, eye infections, and other serious vision problems. This experience strengthened her expertise in medical optometry and ocular disease management.
Dr. Deol has a special interest in pediatric eye care and myopia control (myopia management) for children. She is passionate about early intervention and preventative eye care to help slow the progression of nearsightedness and reduce long-term eye health risks. She spends dedicated time educating both parents and children on healthy visual habits, outdoor activity benefits, and strategies to reduce the impact of excessive screen time on eye health.
With increasing digital device use, Dr. Deol also focuses on educating families about screen-related eye strain and ocular conditions linked to prolonged screen exposure. Her goal is to empower families with knowledge so they can protect their children’s vision now and into adulthood. Dr. Deol combines advanced clinical training with compassionate, patient-centered care. Whether performing comprehensive eye exams, managing ocular disease, or developing personalized myopia management plans, she is committed to helping patients achieve lifelong visual health.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Deol enjoys travelling and playing sports with her friends and family, especially spending time with her two young boys.
